After 8 years behind the chair, Meo opened Level Headed in March 2024, inside the Vancouver Block, one of Granville Street's oldest buildings. It's a quiet, private space built around the health of your scalp and hair first, so your style still looks good three weeks later. She also runs Level Headed Empowers, mentoring the next generation of stylists.
